The title says it all, doesn’t it? But only if you are present. If you are not in this moment, the Power of Now is meaningless. It is easy to get caught up in the future and the past. Worry and anxiety have to do with the future. Stress has to do with the future – the fear of something not happening the way we want. Regret and disappointment have to do with the past. Being in the now, in the present, has nothing to do with the future or the past. It is about being fully engaged in life, in your experience. The fastest way to connect with this moment, right now, is through your five senses. This is because what you smell, taste, hear, see, or feel is in this moment. Close your eyes for 60 seconds and follow your breath as it goes in and out of your body. Your breath is always in the Now. Connect with it often. Tap into the Power of Now.
